JAQ Group's portfolio is currently comprised of 4 brands. Moving into next year, we have ambitious growth targets for existing brands and a number of new launches across some exciting verticals in Q1 and Q2. Therefore, we are looking to bring on a team of high-performance eCommerce specialists to drive efficient growth across the portfolio; managing internal teams, and external agency relationships and dialling in repeatable systems that can facilitate efficient scale.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Lead creative strategy and copywriting for Paid Media and CRO teams, outlining and help optimising ads, landing pages, website and retention setups.
- Write effective and high-converting copy in different styles to fit each of our brands tone of voice.
- Your bread and butter will be outlining ad and landing page concepts with the help of our team; tying effective copy to visual elements in creative, identifying converting hooks starting from the brand’s USPs, offer and customer sentiment; identifying target personas through A/B testing and creating direct response copy that speaks to the customer’s pain points and desires.
- Conduct competitor research, analyzing Facebook Ad Libraries, trends, customer reviews, and other resources.
- Create briefs for graphic designers and external agencies to bring your vision to life (experience designing video ads for direct response campaigns is a plus - either directly or via UGC partnerships).
- 3+ years of experience in brand management or a related marketing field
- Deep understanding of eCommerce, copywriting frameworks, and a proven track record of delivering successful creative content for customer acquisition KPIs (CTR, CPA, MER).
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. An appetite for driving results and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Experience in A/B testing and a test-and-learn approach to creative marketing and CRO.
- Exceptional copywriting and editing skills.
- Understanding of conversion copywriting, proofing and storytelling. Experience using Chat GPT prompts is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a triple-check mentality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across all departments
