**The Role**:
You will be dealing with Employers Liability, Public Liability and Third-Party Property Damage claims on behalf of our clients, using your skills and experience to assess liability and quantum through to settlement on a cradle to grave basis. You will manage your own caseload, making informed decisions as well as using empathy and understanding to assess each claim on its individual merits whilst aiding customers, third parties and clients. You will be involved in managing a claim from the start through to settlement, making decisions on the extent and validity of a claim, and checking for any potential fraudulent activity.
**You will have the following skills**:

- Experienced in Employers and Public Liability and Property Damage claims
- A keen customer service ethic
- Co-operates and works well with others in the pursuit of team goals
- Listens and responds to people effectively
- Concerned to provide a prompt, efficient and personalised service to customers and clients
- A working knowledge of the Principles of Insurance
- A good understanding of insurance law / policy interpretation
- Good investigation skills
- Essential IT skills and proficient in using MS Word and Excel
