We are regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.

**What We Do**

At Life EXPERT we have several marketing campaigns.

Firstly,

We Receive enquiries from our trusted partners and online marketing, then we get in touch with the client to start the three-step process.

1. We have a chat, get to know their situation.

2. We run a whole of market search using our specialist software, we then recommend a suitable solution. The most competitively priced product that fits our client’s needs.

3. They decide.

Secondly,

We contact potential customers to review their existing insurance policies and improve their terms by using our whole of market comparison software.

We have a telephone consultation to assess the client’s needs, then convert into policies.

Along with this you will be tasked to prospect for new business yourself.

**How You Develop**
- Become an expert in Financial personal protection working alongside our senior advisers.
- Learn how to sell: Being able to sell means you’ll never be out of a job and most likely be in a high paying one. Like everything else Sales evolves and to be number 1in the industry, so must we. Let us teach you the open, transparent processes a behind selling protection insurance.
- Training: Working in a team and side by side with our senior advisers means you will never be alone and have consistent training and development throughout each day and during our morning meetings.
- Build confidence: With success comes increased confidence. Our team will nurture you to get out of your comfort zones and in doing so your confidence will grow.
- Grow as a Professional: You will join a team of young professionals who take pride in their appearance and learn about what makes a successful business and person daily.
- Learn how to generate revenue.
- Have excess to our inhouse Financial and Mortgage advisers.

**Your Responsibilities**

Individuals are renumerated according to how valuable they are. Valuable individuals are those that work hard and smart.

As a Lead Generation advisor, your role will be to speak with prospective customers on the phone and discuss their existing insurance policy, once you have their buy-in you will then make an internal hotkey to a senior consultant in order to complete the sales process.

As a Lead Generation Advisor, you will be earning a basic of £20,000 p/a with a £500.00 per month bonus opportunity.

This role has many development opportunities and successful individuals will get an opportunity to move into a Protection Advisor position.

Through on the job training once competent you will receive inbound enquires to do likewise.

You will receive weekly and monthly targets and promotion criteria - you just need to bring the energy and the drive to succeed.
