An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing creative team.

We are looking for an experienced marketing and content officer with a passion for the charity sector, who can deliver exciting and engaging communication to our audiences both in the public and corporate sector.

You will be part of a growing marketing, design and fundraising team who are seeking to push the envelope on what the charity can achieve in the coming months and years ahead. You will bring to life the amazing work of the Cornwall Air Ambulance through organic and paid digital advertising across all social media channels, including TikTok. Training will be available in areas that need development.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead on the development and implementation of creative marking campaigns - through print and digital channels.
- Planning, scheduling and posting social media content - ensuring the messaging is consistent and relevant to the charity brand image.
- Capture and edit photo's and video content.
- Produce copy for press releases, printed material and blogs
- Support internal and external clients with developing creative ideas, and the plan and produce a range of digital and printed content.
- Monitoring performance of social media campaigns, producing reports to evaluate success.
- Shaping the messaging and material for our retail stores.
- Support the wider marketing team, design and fundraising team with long term and reactive requests to copy writing and social media campaigns.
