**You’ll need to**:

- Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Maintain the group’s recruitment social channels and digital platforms daily particularly Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Represent the business at local recruitment day events
- Set up and maintain all online vacancies, copy and images
- Ensure the jobs and careers websites for each of our brands are current, correct, refreshed and optimised, especially when loading new content.
- Create engaging content for our team and potential team
- Help to deliver our internal communication strategy
- Know our brands inside out and be confident using our tone of voice

**Essential qualities, qualifications and experience**:

- Previous digital recruitment experience
- At least 2 years marketing experience
- Energy, enthusiasm and an eye for a story
- An interest in photography and film
- Superb social media know how
- Excellent organisational skills
- A team spirit and can-do attitude
