As the first point of contact within the hotel, you must have a passion for people and be customer service focused to ensure that every guest leaves wanting to return, whilst taking every opportunity to up-sell room upgrades, encourage repeat bookings or offer food and beverage add on’s. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be adaptable to change._

**Key Duties**
- Guest Arrivals & Departures
- Shift Cash Up
- Handling Reservations for Accommodation and two Restaurants
- Use of PMS systems and Restaurant Booking System
- General Office Administration

**Requirements**:

- One year of experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be willing to work shifts which will include evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests
- The ability to work on their own initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
