- Answer the phone and greet guests in a friendly manner.
- Open and sort mail and company documents.
- Schedule appointments.
- Order office supplies.
- Communicate information between departments.,.
- Be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Handle customer calls and requests, route messages, and keep records of the day's proceedings.
- Answer questions and provide information to customers.
