An exciting opportunity has arisen for a friendly and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team, across our 3 branches. Our part-time position is for approximately 18 hours a week on a four week rota which will include one Saturdays in 4, taking the hours total to 19. 875 that week:
Hours will range between Monday-Friday and shifts will be either: 8am - 2pm or 2pm - 8pm, but this may change depending on what is required.

We also require flexibility to cover other days for holiday & sickness cover.

This is a busy and demanding role in which you will be required to welcome our clients and their pets to the surgery, deal with enquiries both on the telephone and face to face, take payments, use and update our electronic diary system, handle medication and carry out varied admin tasks.

This is a multi-site role, so you will be working across our three branches, Ashford, Hythe and New Romney. A driving licence and car is essential.
