Rejects Department store is a large family business in Kirkcaldy, we are looking for a Front of House Supervisor for our busy restaurant Café Fresco.

The Café is a real focal point and is extremely busy. The role is approx. 32 - 35 hours per week and will involve weekend work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading a team
- Controlling stock purchasing
- Creating rotas
- Ensuring customers get the best possible service.

We are looking for a vibrant and positive individual who has experience in a similar business.
