Handyperson

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Handyperson based in the Maidstone area, to join one of the UK's leading facilities management companies.
The Handyperson is a multi-site role offering building maintenance services across a range of disciplines aimed at keeping services and costs in-house. Experience working in commercial premises, particularly the retail sector, would be a distinct advantage.
The work consists of a mix of PPM and reactive building works internally and externally to include:
**Bu i l d i n g**
- Roof - repair roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
- Brickwork - repairs to walls
- Floor - repair vinyl and ceramic tiles
- Car Park / yard works
- Roller shutters - annual PPM and reactive repairs

**Pa i nt i n g an d decorating**
- Carry out minor painting repairs

**Plu m b i n g and drainage**
- Unblock drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks.
- Repair leaking taps and washers.

Basic salary of £26,000 for a 40 hour week
