F&b Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations within the establishment
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, food safety protocols, and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
