Job Summary

UKCIL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users, enabling them to live independently and safely in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to service users, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility.
  • Assist with meal preparation, domestic care, and social activities to promote independence and well-being.
  • Support service users with training and education, including safeguarding, moving and handling, and food hygiene.
  • Transport service users safely and efficiently, using a full UK driving license and personal vehicle.
  • Administer medication safely and in accordance with guidelines.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and personal vehicle.
  • Ability to administer medication safely and in accordance with guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
