**Fixed Term Contract until August 2024
The Psychology department in the School of Philosophy, Psychology and Language Sciences is seeking a Teaching fellow to its department of Psychology on a full time, fixed term basis until 31 st August 2024.

**The Opportunity**:
The successful post holder will provide high quality teaching delivery and assessment support at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, specifically in the area of social psychology and qualitative research methods.

They will actively contribute to the overall intellectual environment of the School as well as play a collegiate role in the overall functioning of the Psychology Department. Time is also allocated for activities relating to continued professional development.

Please note that our aim is for this post to start between August - early September 2023 to align with the start of the academic semester, and the role will be based at our central campus, Edinburgh.

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Experience in design and delivery of effective undergraduate and/or postgraduate university teaching and/or supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of online course delivery.
- Postgraduate research experience in social psychology using qualitative research methods with evidence of outstanding potential.
