A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a second passionate, self-motivated and experienced Trainer to join our current established learning and development team, and work alongside our current regional trainer.

If you are passionate about delivering high quality training then this role is for you.

You will be responsible for delivering induction training at our office locations throughout Warrington, Complex, Cheshire East and Northwich, Cheshire West and Wirral, with more joining our ever expanding profile. Your primary role will be to support our new care workers to ensure they are fully trained and confident to deliver care.

The ideal applicant will have previous training experience, ideally with a care or healthcare setting and have a positive approach to delivering exceptional care.

Continuous training and support will be provided, and you will have a fantastic Senior Management Team to work alongside.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
