Reed Business Support are currently representing a growing business in the Swansea area who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis offering a great salary plus benefits including hybrid working and an early finishon a Friday

You will be the first point of contact for all customer queries, ensuring to deliver a quality service at all times for customer satisfaction.

Duties of the role will include:

- Sales order processing and supporting with producing quotations
- Internal liaison between departments for smooth running of processes
- Handling inbound enquiries and customer complaints
- Developing strong working relationships with customers for repeat business
- Have customer facing experience and be familiar with sales order processing
- Be familiar with a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Be a team player and support wherever needed
- Have a strong work ethic to drive a long-lasting and fulfilling career
