Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist project managers in coordinating project activities and timelines.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Review and analyse policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test plans, schedules, and resources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain UAT sign-offs and ensure project milestones are met.
- Track and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Support the development and implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail, well organised and excellent planning / prioritising ability
- Intermediate level skills with Microsoft packages.
- Ability to work under pressure and to cope with multiple demands
- Ability to respond with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

WORKING HOURS: 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 |

During the initial training period this will be a fully office based role, once up and running you will be able to work 2/3 days from home.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £14.05 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
