As we continue to grow, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Technical Assistant, based in our Head Office at Southend on Sea, Essex.

This role will be responsible for providing full administrative support to our Technical Department, including:

- Creating and amending Service Charge budgets for new and pipeline developments
- Regularly liaising with residential and developer clients
- Negotiating and building relationships with contractors
- Producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, proposals, reports, pitches and correspondence
- Preparing developments for handover to the Property Management Department
- Maintaining our business development filing system
- Ensuring our new business records and databases stay up to date
- Managing the unit completions process
- Setting up new developments on our systems, liaising with departments and solicitors for information
- Assisting with the preparation of welcome packs for new customers
