**Compliance Auditor**

**Core working hours: MON-FRI 13.30- 22.00**

An opportunity has arisen within the Technical department for a full time Compliance Auditor. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the main purpose of the role is to assist in the running of the lines and other duties.
- This role will support both Unit 10 and Unit 8, loading bay and the warehouse
- Audit all production records, raising all non -conformances to on line managers
- Follow up corrective actions raised internally or externally
- Carry out glass and plastic, GMP, personnel audits across site and feedback all NC
- Collect product samples for lab submission, reference and taste panels
- Submit samples using the Laboratory online portal.
- Collect water and ice samples, hand and hygiene swabs for lab submission.
- Prepare and carry out daily taste panels and end of life sampling.
- Carry out daily weight and metal calibration
- Carry out FFA oil sampling plan
- Support all aspects of the intake of raw materials
- Complete all relevant technical records and trackers
- Drive food safety, legality and quality systems improvements

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour
