As Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy across Paid search, aggregators, affiliates, online travel agents and supporting the Ecommerce and Performance working with multi-functional teams to amplify the brand through outstanding creative and support in brand awareness initiatives. You will also work with the CRM team to support their initiatives to drive loyalty.

**Day to day**:
As our Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will be required to:

- Day-to-day management and optimisation of multi-channel acquisition campaigns (across SEO, paid search, affiliates, display advertising, organic social media)
- Develop ongoing performance reports with a focus on identifying trends, findings and insights that can be used to optimise campaigns.
- Work with business collaborators to define the role for marketing campaigns and create compelling briefs, with clear objectives and targets.
- Work closely with US and ROW team ensuring digital marketing best practice is implemented globally
- Implement a robust process that ensures competitor data & insights are captured are fed into the commercial team
- Champion the eCommerce & performance function and team across the organisation

Alongside the above, we're looking for our successful Digital Acquisition Specialist to demonstrate the following:

- Naturally curious and driven by numbers and data.
- High-level understanding of channels within scope of role
- Comfortable assisting with proposals and new business pitches along with working in a fast pace agile environment.
- A deep understanding of key metrics & levers available to drive performance
- Experience working across multiple digital channels & delivering significant results
- Solid experience devising and implementing both technical and content SEO campaigns
- Experience in management of large budgets
- An agency background and/or experience managing a lead agency
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, alongside 3rd party agencies and media owners
- Adept at working to strict deadlines and agile environment
