**Fleet Insurance Support Advisor Job Description**

We are expanding our **Fleet Insurance Team** and are looking to bring onboard a full time **Fleet Insurance Support Advisor **into our **Liverpool (L5)** office.

This role is office based, Liverpool L5, close to public transport and with free onsite parking.

Salary; Up to £24,500 depending on experience.

**The Role**:
What you will do:

- Provide an excellent level of customer service (dealing with queries and administering policies) as a Fleet Support Advisor offering support via the full range of Insurance products provided by the company in connection with the customer requirements and needs for Adjustments, Renewals and Claims support.
- To provide a friendly and efficient service notifying customers of all relevant information complying with the company and FCA requirement.
- Plan and process all administration jobs to efficiently control your own, and others within the teams, workloads ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.
- Plan and process mid-term adjustments and customer service queries to efficiently control your own, and others within the teams, workload ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.
- Plan and process renewals to efficiently control your own, and others within the teams, workloads ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.
- To achieve objectives of individual and team goals and to contribute to the team developing effective relationships internally and externally.
- Make a positive input into the team effectiveness, suggesting improvements to work systems and processes.
- Lead by example and be an active part of the team in achieving sales, renewals, service and admin goals.
- Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards.
- Keep your product and industry knowledge relevant and up to date by undertaking Continuous Professional Development.
- Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines.
- Any Ad-hoc duties that may be deemed relevant by management.

- Previous working experience in a broker or insurer
