**About the role**:
We have a position that has become available for a BAA for MTO (Ladies/Mens/Kids) & Wholesale on a 12 Month FTC.

This is an administrative role and the main aspects of which include:

- Update and maintain accurate manual and computerised records
- Input orders onto the schuh system and check confirmations
- Action any order amendments under the direction of the Buying team
- Liaise with suppliers to help manage critical path
- Work with the Buying team to ensure deliveries are running on time
- Processing samples received, managing post
- Chasing samples and maintaining the sample log
- Preparing samples for meetings
- Liaising with other Head Office departments when required
- Produce, maintain and collate reporting information. Will demonstrate basic understanding of Trade and Monday reporting
- Show understanding of competition
- Complete store visits and comp shops where relevant

Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy is essential. You will be super organised and have the ability to work well under pressure alongside being a team player yet have the ability to work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment. Keyboard skills and good knowledge of Excel is also required and lastly, of course, a commercial understanding of the high street and passion for Shoes

**About the location**:
Junction 4 (J4) is our second and largest warehouse facility, situated off the M8 near Bathgate. The warehouse features state of the art technology and houses several head office departments including our buying teams.
