**COMPANY OVERVIEW**
**IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL**:
This role has the responsibility for leading our Training Academy. The role will be part of a new team that is being developed to deliver our product, the new MACH Integration platform, as a service (IPaaS) for our global clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Devise technical training programs according to requirements.
- Produce training schedules and classroom agendas and determine course content.
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed.
- Creating technical training materials and programmes to address specific customer requirements.
You will be a key member of the Customer Success Team.
**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
Client Engagement
- Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to better achieve their desired outcomes.
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes.
- Identifying and implementing a wide range of training techniques to improve efficiency and returns on investment.
- Managing customer enrolment for training, schedule training sessions and organising the resources to facilitate training programmes.
- Consolidating training materials and identifying any training gaps.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs.
- Build a Training Academy that is suitable for both customer training and internal training.
- This role may also have some additional responsibilities in managing the customer onboarding process.
Internal Team Support

- Collaborating within the Customer Success Team

**ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience in a Technical Training Lead role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
- Experience designing technical course content
- Advanced Information Technology and Communications knowledge and capabilities and ability to learn new software tools on the job
- Knowledge of various training methods including coaching, workshops, classroom training, mentoring and e-learning programmes
- Knowledge of Java, APIs, databases essential
- Critical thinking skills
- Detail-orientated
**DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience integrating and/or migrating legacy systems to new software/platform solutions in a way that best serves client and business goals.
- Proficiency in using Office Productivity and Collaboration Tools
- Customer success course certificates are desirable
- Trainer / Instructor certification desirable
- Experience working for an international company dealing with global clients
