Acting as the first point of contact for all customers engaging with the WRU Group in relation to stadium ticket sales, customer service enquiries & complaint resolution. The Supporter Services Officer will deliver a first class and proactive customer service on behalf of the WRU Group/Principality Stadium.

**The Person**

We are looking for someone with a passion for delivering world class customer service in a sales/retail environment.

Experience providing customer service via phone, face to face and online would be essential.

**The Role**
- Act as the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound ticket sales & queries on behalf of the WRU Group /Principality Stadium.
- Providing customer services support to deal with sales, general queries, and complaint resolution in relation to multiple products and services.
- Provide supplementary service delivery for debenture enquires, official members, stadium tours and third-party events.

**WRU Requirements**

The WRU require that individuals are proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft packages. Excellent written and verbal communications are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh and a Valid UK Driver's License is desirable.

- Gweithredu fel y pwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer yr holl werthiannau tocynnau i mewn ac allan ac ymholiadau ar ran Grŵp URC/Stadiwm Principality.
- Darparu cymorth gwasanaethau cwsmeriaid i ymdrin â gwerthiannau, ymholiadau cyffredinol, a datrys cwynion mewn perthynas â sawl cynnyrch a gwasanaeth.
- Darparu gwasanaeth atodol ar gyfer ymholiadau dyledeb, aelodau swyddogol, teithiau stadiwm a digwyddiadau trydydd parti.
