Buffalo is looking for new herd members to join it’s growing Digital Fundraising Team As one of the leading fundraising consultancies in the country, our core business is in the Education charity sector. We have a friendly, Bristol city centre office and offer hybrid working to allow you to also work from home.

As a Giving Day Officer you would be project managing each of your Giving Days throughout the process. The planning stage lasts several months and involves regular weekly liaison with the client (e.g. a University or School), external parties (e.g. graphic designers), and internal Buffalo teams (e.g. Buffalo’s IT Team). Effective communication and interpersonal skills are therefore essential. You will work particularly closely with your client to build their bespoke Giving Day website and help them organise events and activities that will take place on Giving Day to celebrate institution and generate social media content.

Following the Giving Day you will help your client to wrap everything up by ensuring that the correct information is imported back onto their database. You will finish the project by meeting your client to present them with your data-driven report of all of the processes that took part during the whole campaign.

This role is currently offered as a fixed term, 2.5-3 year scheme which would see you run 12-16 Giving Days in total with the following proposed salary and bonus structure:

- To complete your training and qualify as a GDO you will shadow one Giving Day and successfully be the key contact for another while being observed and supported by another member of the team
- Salary rise to **£24,000****:

- £25,000 **after qualifying to run 6-8 Giving Days per year
- 12 months from qualifying - salary rise to **£27,000 - £28,000** to run 6-8 Giving Days per year
