**Job Description** As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for identifying and driving efficiencies by evolving and streamlining processes through automation, simplification, deduplication and standardisation.
You will liaise closely with the Visa Publicis global team in the US, other operations teams within the business as well as Finance in order to align on best practices and evolve processes for the Visa Starcom team. You will work with both planning and activationteams at Starcom in the UK, as well as local market teams across the EU region and with our creative agency counterparts to ensure that all teams are adhering to correct processes, templates and taxonomy for the EU region.
Under the direction of the Account Director and Business Director, you will be responsible for:
- Continually assess and evolve processes in order to future-proof the business
- Lead workflow management tool solution and implementation for the team
- Liaise closely with other Operations teams within the agency, Finance, and the Visa Publicis global team in the US, in order to align on best practice across PM
- Oversee media campaign flowchart management, including data review/validation and taxonomy compliance
- Increasing efficiencies by optimising the output of the junior members who perform all financial administrative tasks relating to evidencing & invoicing of campaigns across all media.
- Oversee the evolution of media plan templates
- Meeting with systems providers and 3rd parties to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and developments that can help streamline processes

**Qualifications**:
- To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong communication, organised and effective
- Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook
- Background within media agency, insight or digital
- Understanding of industry tools and systems
- Good project coordination skills and ability to set and implement effective project plans and timelines
- Be proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets with the ability to write and understand basic formulae
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks accurately
- Media Tools experience not required, but preferred
