We have a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career within an office environment. My client based in Thame is looking for an
**Office Assistant** to provide support to various departments, ensuring smoothing running of the office and assist the teams with administrative tasks.

**Duties will involve**:

- Answering inbound calls
- Greeting visitors when they arrive onsite
- Sorting inbound post and arranging/dispatching outgoing post
- Managing stationery and paper supplies for the office
- Inputting stock records into various warehouse stock management systems
- Producing bulk dispatch labels from spreadsheets
- Transport Support - answering inbound phone calls and assisting the caller, ie driver, depot and customer

My client is looking for someone who is self-motivated, likes to keep busy and is willing to be flexible to support the team. In addition, someone who has strong communication skills and has a desire to learn. Previous experience of working within a customer service field is essential.

This position is Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
