**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Payroll Management: Conduct monthly/ weekly payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy in payments and deductions. Resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Procurement: Assist with the procurement process by processing purchase orders and managing supplier relationships.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of monthly and yearly financial reports.
- Account Reconciliations: Regularly perform reconciliations of accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance department including data entry, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience with financial software and systems is preferred.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial information in an understandable manner.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience: Some experience in finance or accounting is desirable but not essential.

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
