The role of the Internal Sales Coordinator - Automatic Door Services will involve:

- Internal Sales Coordinator position dealing with projects that require automatic doors, gate automation, barriers, bollards and access controls systems
- Responsible for looking after projects that’re in the pipeline waiting for the right components to be delivered before they can be sent to the design team for completion
- Liaising with the customer as well as the finance, estimating and design teams to keep on track of timescales of the projects
- Develop relationships with main contractors, façade sub-contractors, end users and specifiers to encourage repeat business
- Dealing with the whole process from the completion of the sale, through to it being passed to the design team
- Offering excellent customer service to customers at all times
- Carrying out all admin responsibilities and ensuring all relevant information is logged on to the internal CRM system
- You will be measured against project maintenance and your ability to monitor projects efficiently
- Dealing with project sizes that vary between £3k and £200,000
- Sitting on about 40 to 80/90 projects at a time

The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Coordinator - Automatic Door Services with:

- Strong admin skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to timescales when required
- Highly organised with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
- IT & PC literate and a competent MS Office user
- Keen eye to detail
- Must be commercially aware
- Team player with a positive outlook
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills and excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
