Finance Administrator

After a long-standing member of staff took a well-deserved step-down, this premier yachting company is on the hunt for a driven Finance Administrator to join their team. This Gosport-based company is passionate about supporting its staff with funded-socialevents, support with studies, and free parking on-site.
The main duty of the Finance Assistant is to contribute to the attainment of the company’s business objectives by providing administrative support for the Crew & Finance team jointly.
**Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor you will be responsible for**: - Crew customer invoicing
- Processing company expenses
- Processing company credit card expenses
- Sending out documents and processing returned paperwork
- Chasing up and collating crew information
- Any other duties as and when required by the Crew and Finance team
**What you will need**: - Bookkeeping experience, including within a service environment
- VAT and Sage experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with a positive but robust approach
