Mandarin Speaking Butler in Regents Park

Our returning UHNW client is currently seeking an experienced, flexible, and discreet Mandarin speaking Butler to work in their family home.

The full staffed property requires someone who is professional, well presented and with similar recent experience.

The family have 2 children and a dog and there may be ad hoc occasional travel worldwide.

Private accommodation within the property can be provided if needed

**Responsibilities and duties (not limited to)**
- Ensuring the smooth running of a household and servicing of principals and guests
- Oversee the upkeep of the house
- Engaging and overseeing outside contractors, service providers and suppliers
- Writing of household manuals and policy documents for owner’s approval
- Staff training and development, budget administration, and purchasing
- Household project management
- Maintenance of the property on a regular basis
- Dog care
- Event and party hosting
- Regularly interacting with owners to maintain direct communication and compliance with their needs

**Requirements**:

- **Language skills**: Mandarin & English
- Experience in delivery of a discreet, confidential, and unobtrusive service, household and property/project management and residential service
- Vendor and project management skills
- Knowledge of etiquette and protocol
- Eye for detail
- Ability to anticipate others’ wishes and adapt accordingly
- Driver required

**Working days & hours**: 8 hours a day (Overtime payment for hours exceeding this); Monday to Friday

**Accommodation**: private accommodation can be provided within residence

**Salary**: £90,000 - £100,000 gross per annum

**Start**: ASAP

**Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.**
