The **Regional Trainer North** **is a newly created role within our expanding training team, that is key in helping the team succeed and enabling the company to grow and develop. You will be joining a highly motivated team that is passionate about what they do in a company that is going from strength to strength. This is an opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives and play a visible role in its success.
Our trainers deliver training and support to a wide range of allied health care professionals who are extending their scope of practice to carry out micro suction wax removal using the Tympa system. Working within a closely knit team each regional trainer is responsible for their own geographical area as well as supporting the national events as required.
**Responsibilities include**:
- delivery / support of online Webinars;
- delivery / support of face to face training events;
- development of new training materials and platforms (as part of the team);
- individual mentoring of customers through their initial logbook period;
- clinical remote reviews (as part of the TympaHealth ENT and Audiology support network; and
- support / refresher visits as required (both online and face to face).
**Your profile**:
An Audiologist qualification is essential (RCCP/HCPC) with experience of wax removal preferred.
TympaHealth is a fast growing company and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment is essential for this role.
Our trainers are dynamic, outgoing and self-motivated with the ability to engage and motivate others. Therefore strong inter-personal skills are essential and creative problem solving skills desired.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
