Are you looking for the next step in your admin career?

This amazing opportunity will allow you to be exposed to support our senior academic staff, providing admin support for a number of varied departmental activities, committees and events for Department of Mechanical Engineering. It is a great opportunity for those looking to develop their skill set and expand their administrative experience and knowledge further.

We have had many of our Coordinators move up into a wide range of roles within the University.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience of working in a busy office environment where excellent communication skills are essential. Ideally, you will also:

- have excellent organisational skills,
- demonstrate good use of initiative,
- be able to multi-task and prioritise a high workload.

This opportunity is on a fixed-term basis until February 2025. Training will be provided, and you will have access to the University of Bath professional development opportunities. This role is customer-facing, and the expectation is that you will work on campus most of the time.
