**Role: Part Time Store Assistant / Location: Hayes / Salary: £11.71 per hour plus bonus and benefits / Hours of work: 30 hours per week - Monday - Friday.**

We love a bit of get up and go, so don’t be afraid of getting stuck into your work with passion and enthusiasm. As a Store Assistant your main role is to assist management in the day to day operational running of the store. You will also support our customers and your team in day to day tasks that will contribute to overall performance of the store.

Below are some of the key areas you will be required to fulfil:

- Ensure that site H&S regulations are adhered to at all times
- Complete daily health and safety walk arounds and help maintain the general cleanliness of the site
- Carry out general administration tasks on our database
- Take a flexible approach to working as part of a team or individually
- Take an equal share of responsibility relating to all necessary tasks
- Being a key holder and opening/closing your store
- Assisting with the debt management process, due diligence and other related admin

- Strong listening skills with a genuine desire to help others and learn
- The ability to problem solve whilst building rapport with customers and colleagues
- A proactive approach to maintaining the security of our facilities
- The ability to follow detailed procedural instructions
- Enthusiasm and consistency with the ability to work alone or within a team
- Hunger to improve and learn new skills and a flexible approach to your working hours
