**The Derbyshire Recovery Partnership are looking to recruit a Substance Misuse Practitioner for a fantastic opportunity in south Derbyshire, working intensively with service users presenting with drug and alcohol issues, are involved in the criminal justice system, and who may be in prison or in the community.**

This role will be based in Swadlincote, working 37.5 hours per week; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, on a permanent contract.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a clear passion for working with service users involved in the criminal justice system, have an innovative, motivating and proactive approach to their work and experience of using appropriate models, interventions and approaches tailored to meet the individual needs of service users with varying and complex needs.
