**We have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner to join the team to provide proactive finance business partnering to Content and Editorial **business.**

PA Media is the UK’s national news agency, supplying 24/7 journalism to every newsroom in the country. It sits at the heart of the PA Media Group which is now a portfolio of diversified news and information companies encompassing a large data division, the picture agency Alamy and the streaming service Stream AMG, among others.

**About the role.**

The Finance Business Partner will build strong relationships and drive improvements to help this fast-paced business continue to thrive and will enjoy an environment that encourages development of skills, knowledge and experience and offers long term career progression. New ideas and initiatives are encouraged, and we believe will make a difference and help shape the future of the business.

**Responsibilities will include **
- Developing and delivering standard and ad-hoc financial analysis to the SLT to support the strategic direction of the team and drive long term sustainable growth.
- Supporting the annual development of budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Monitoring performance against plan, providing challenge and insight to senior stakeholders as required.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Developing financial models to provide financial insight and improve commercial awareness across the team.
- Presenting key insights in an impactful and easy-to-understand manner through data visualisation and compelling narratives.
