We at Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a US owned, global business, operating nationally in the UK. This is a great time to join the business at they are currently undergoing a hugely positive transformation.
As a result of this change, they are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their established transactional finance team.
The individual appointed will be responsible for accurately processing and managing purchase invoices, maintaining supplier accounts, and ensuring smooth financial operations. Some of the key duties include:
Processing Purchase Invoices:
- Accurately process purchase invoices using their ERP system, Excel or other relevant tools.
- Match invoices to purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely processing.
Supplier Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Resolve daily queries related to invoices and payments.
Reconciliation and Reporting:
- Produce monthly statement reconciliations to audit standards.
- Assist with reporting tasks.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
