School Administrator Needed in Bromley

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting the smooth running of a primary school? We're seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join a vibrant community in Biggin Hill, Bromley.

**Position**: School Administrator
**Type**: Temporary to Permanent
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Hours**: 08:00 - 16:30 (with a 30-minute lunch break)

**Location**: Biggin Hill, Bromley

**Requirements**: Experience with SIMS
**Parking**: Available On-Site

**School Administrator Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide essential administrative support to the school's staff, students, and parents, ensuring efficient operation of day-to-day activities.
- **SIMS Management**: Utilize your expertise in SIMS to maintain accurate records of student data, attendance, and assessments.
- **Front Desk Management**: Welcome visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and update school records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

**School Administrator Requirements**:

- Previous experience in school administration or a similar role, with proficiency in SIMS software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when necessary.
