Out of Hours Duty Supervisor

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

To manage the Out of Hours (OOH) shift operational requirements for a high profile site in Central London in line with customer and contractual expectations by leading the shift security team. To be the Out of Hours Supervisor contact on all security matters, ensuring high service delivery, excellent customer service and a prompt response to all incidents. This role will be 54hrs per week at the payrate £13.00 p/h.

**STATEMENT OF DUTIES**

**Operations Leadership & Management**
- Report & liaise on a daily basis with the Site Security Manager to ensure effective communication of all matters pertaining to the delivery of a high standard of professional security service.
- Be responsible for the professional conduct & development of his/her team of security officers
- Take ownership of incidents, direct the security team to ensure response and management is in accord with policy and procedures.
- Work in partnership with service partners and customers’ representatives, ensuring all aspects of site security and fire prevention requirements are effectively managed.
- Ensure staffing is at all times at required levels, with regular shift patterns worked by trained and qualified staff.
- Ensure, with support via supervisory staff, all staff work in safe conditions, acting upon all reports of accidents and faults and that staff carry out their duties in accordance with procedures and policies.
- To manage on shift the CCTV, Fire and Security systems installed, ensuring that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles and carrying out their required duties.
- Ensure that all equipment is managed, used, monitored and reported defective in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all incidents are managed and responded to in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Carry out investigations according the industry best practices.

**Staff Management**
- Establish and manage a smart security team, motivated, well informed, focused and clear about its role and objectives.
- Maintain fair and consistent procedures.
- Ensure that all staff grievances are dealt with according to company procedures.

**Equipment**
- Control use of all security equipment ensuring regular audits.
- Ensure all PPE is fit for purpose and serviceable at all times
- Manage all relevant systems and ensure that all defects are correctly reported and monitored.

**Administration**
- Provide accurate and timely information for the preparation of reports and planning.
- Ensure all reporting standards are maintained at the highest level
- Ensure compliance with legal, Company and contractual obligations.

**Other duties/responsibilities
Display your SIA licence at all times whilst on duty.

Make enquiries and submit reports on incidents as instructed by Site Management.

Be aware of policy and procedures owned and changed from time to time by Croma Vigilant;
Be aware of policy and procedures owned and changed from time to time by the client;
Carry out any other reasonable request as required by the Client / Croma Vigilant Management.
