**About the role**:
Live-in carers live with a client for the duration of their chosen rota pattern, we can be flexible to suit your requirements. You’ll look after one person or at times a couple, providing both care and companionship. Following a person-centered care plan, will enable you to meet your client’s needs. We will ensure you are matched with a client based on your skills so you can provide tailored support and companionship.

**Your role will include**:

- Prompting personal care
- All domestic duties and daily living tasks
- Liaising with health care professionals and documenting information
- Safe administration and management of medications and accurate record keeping

Commitment to annual mandatory training.

**We’re looking for**:

- Experience of working with brain injuries
- Driver with own car required, mileage paid
- Work proactively and at times under pressure
- Managing appointments
- Arranging and supporting with trips and activities in the community
- 1 to 1 time spent encouraging engagement with games such as cards, darts, board games
- Nutritional meal planning
- You must be flexible to travel to your client placement

**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent**: £700.00 per week**
