**Account Executive**

**£24,000 - £27,000**

**Cirencester/Hybrid**

A national, independent, marketing agency that builds brands are looking for an Account Executive to join their thriving direct marketing team.

The Account Executive will support the client services team, assisting with the management and smooth running of client accounts. The Account Executive will ensure the agency process is followed, and work is delivered to the client on time, and to a hightstandard.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with marketing administration experience, looking to take the next step in their career within an agency setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the upkeep of client accounts by ensuring administration tasks and financials are up to date
- Anticipate client needs and respond swiftly to client queries
- Support the Account Manager in building and maintaining client confidence in campaign delivery
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the accounts including the issuing of status reports, timing plans, and contact reports
- Draft and facilitate internal and external communications that document progress
- Monitor project deadlines and budgets, identifying and communicating any changes which may take place
- Document client feedback on materials and ensure the team have an accurate reflection of what's being considered
- Proof and copy-check work carefully to ensure it is error free

**Skills/ Experience**:

- Some agency or client-side marketing experience is preferable
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
- A confident communicator with an enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- Able to prioritise a large workload and work to tight deadlines
- Highly organised, methodical, with attention to detail
- Commercial understanding and confidence with numbers
- Take pride in consistently producing high-quality work
