A **ServiceNow Developer** is needed to work within a Technical Service team and enhance the platform to deliver efficiencies and improvements to the company’s service delivery. Within this role you will develop workflows and processes including **incident managment, service request fulfilments**, and **knowledge/ problem/ change management**. You will be developing the knowledge and skills of the administrators and recommending enhancements to drive efficiencies.

**Further key responsibilities will include**:

- Develop reporting and analytics to improve both individual and team performance to deliver more effective Technology support services.
- Reviewing, maintaining, and creating process documentation to support the ongoing administration and management of the platform.
- Development of user guides to improve the understanding and use of the platform by Technology fulfillers and internal customers utilising the self-service portal.
- You will perform upgrades to the platform to ensure RBCBD remains in support.
- Provide focused guidance to all support teams and assist in their training and knowledge development.

**Skills required for this role**:

- You will be highly motivated and very capable of working on and using your own initiative.

- Decisive, Creative, Analytical and Pro-active thinker.
- Autonomously analyses complex problems; identifies critical elements and alternatives, organises existing resources and new information to implement most appropriate solution.
- Is able to communicate and interact to readily and clearly define issues and predict effects/ outcomes.
- Experience of integration with other systems such as AD, Azure and 3rd party systems
- ITIL Foundation Certification is desirable

This role requires someone with a proactive approach to **gaining new knowledge**, an ability to design/prove new ideas/solutions. You need the confidence to challenge current processes to find **innovative solutions**, while keeping business objectives aligned and achieved.
