Frazer Jones are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial capital markets firm with global presence spanning the UK, America, Middle East and Asia. Due to significant growth plans in their London office, they're looking for their third HR incumbentto join the team on a permanent basis.

The firm are on the hunt for an experienced HR Advisor / Officer to join their team. The primary focus for this important role is to administer and implement all of the Firm's HR procedures and processes fairly. The role works closely to the Head of HR acrossall jurisdictions.

An incredible role for someone looking to move into an advisory position with 3 + years HR experience operating in Professional Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides input into the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.
- Act as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any probation related issues or entry to mid-level employee relations issues involving employees and line managers.
- Part of the global HR team in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects, and initiatives.
- Ensure Payroll, Pension and Benefits are accurately administered on a monthly basis; and all queries from staff are responded to in a timely manner.
- Supports the Global Recruitment team to drive staffing and recruitment activities for the London office.
- Assist with the admiration of the Year-End appraisal process and Regular check-ins.

**Requirements**:

- Technically strong HR Advisor/generalist with a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a legal / professional or financial services environment.
- Solid experience writing new policies, procedures, and some involvement in Payroll.
- Good communication skills with an ability to interact sensitively and professionally with staff at all levels of the organisation, both verbally and in writing

This is a newly created role, so you have the ability to really take autonomy, create your own HR presence and strive. The firm operate on a 50% hybrid working basis, with a generous benefits and bonus package.
