**About the Role**:
As a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker, your role will involve providing safe, unconditional positive regard to every individual in our care. You will create a safe environment where children and young people feel empowered to thrive and grow. Your responsibilities will include safeguarding within regulations, as well as providing therapeutic key work with the children and young people.

**Requirements**:
- Residential Childcare experience or equivalent
- Level 3 In Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Desire to make a positive difference
- Leadership qualities (desired)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
