Dialysis Clinic Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Dialysis Nurse to take on a leadership role within a bright and modern Dialysis Clinic in Nottinghamshire.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to run a well-established and reputable clinic, providing person-centred care to renal patients and taking pride in the holistic care that they provide.

The team are passionate about providing high-quality care and building meaningful patient relationships, and they are looking for a like-minded individual to have full responsibility for running the clinic.

• Full operational and clinic management of the clinic, maintaining high care and quality outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, guidelines, and regulations
• Preparing the clinic for audits and instigating continuous improvement activities at clinic and management levels
• Effective financial management, including budget planning and cost control
• Supervision, training, and supporting staff

• NMC registered with a post-basic qualification in renal nursing, with a valid PIN and no restrictions or conditions
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
• At least 5 years' UK experience in Haemodialysis, including at least 2 years at a senior level
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of nurses and practitioners
• Strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008
• Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of MS Office
