**Job Title: Stock Controller**
**Location: Onsite, London (8am-4pm)**
**Rate: £15-£20 p/hr**
**Contract Length: 4 months (potential extension)**
**Start Date: ASAP**
Join our team as a Stock Controller to ensure the seamless operation and optimisation of our store areas and inventory management processes. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient environment while overseeing the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**:
- **General Health & Safety**: Ensure the overall safety and tidiness of store areas and build rooms, optimising space to best meet service needs while keeping them risk-free.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage day-to-day client product reception, adhering to check-in processes and updating inventory promptly. Ensure efficient handling of service requests and various client service streams.
- **Security & Integrity**: Uphold the security and integrity of stored items, controlling stock items and products under our custody and for customer delivery.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**: Maintain daily updates of stock sheets and ITSM Remedy asset database, including changes in stock status, location updates, and deployment of tracked items as per service team updates.
- **Stock Accountability**: Conduct monthly stock takes to ensure accuracy in stock sheets and inventory records, maintaining accountability for all items under our custody.
- **Product Evaluation**: Evaluate decommissioned equipment to determine redeployment or End of Life recycling suitability, ensuring updated inventory records.
- **Client Escalation & Support**: Highlight incomplete or faulty products returned by clients for escalation with service management, responding to client queries and issues promptly.
- **Data Integrity & Dispatch Management**: Manage end-of-life devices and 3rd party collections, ensuring strict adherence to client data integrity processes and secure handling prior to handover. Handle secure dispatch of items, adhering to client procedures and tracking shipments, updating inventory records accordingly.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Collaborate with various teams to continually improve store services, implement best practices, update process documentation, and review processes every six months.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in inventory management and store operations.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory tracking software/tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
