You will operate as an ambassador for DGC Security Ltd and provide a best in class service in order to enhance the fan and customer experience, whilst ensuring safety and security standards are maintained at all times.

You must hold a SIA Door Supervisor Licence and NVQ (or equivalent) in Spectator Safety to be considered for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a high standard of customer care and a uniformed presence
- Ensure the safety and crowd management of the fans entering and leaving the stadium
- Monitor crowd dynamics
- Respond to incidents and provide professional assistance
- Carry out body and bag searches
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Promote a "can-do" attitude
- Display exceptional timekeeping, appearance, and be able to go the extra mile

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
