- There's no need for any previous financial services experience - we'll provide all the training required across a comprehensive 5-week training programme.

Role: Business Banking Support Consultant - Birmingham

Location: X+Why, Foundary, 6 Brindley Place, Birmingham, B1 2JB

Pay rate: £12.85 per hour

Contract: 6-month contract with the opportunity of extension and to become a permanent employee.

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, working Monday - Friday (occasional Sat 9-2)

Shifts are between 7am to 8pm

(You must be fully flexible and able to work all shifts between these hours)

Opportunity for hybrid working after training period (3 day WFH and 2 days work from office).

**Job Description**:

- You will be the first point of contact for all business banking related queries.
- Responsible for dealing with a variety of calls (cancelled DD's, request for statements, internet banking queries) and seeing these through to resolution.
- There are teams who they can pass the resolutions too if they are unable to resolve the query, i.e Fraud Team
- Work closely with the business managers who they can transfer the call too (this could be a warm handover which provides the Business Manager with all the info, or a cold handover where the Business Manager will just pick up the call.
- After some time in the role you will be trained up to complete/deal with mandate calls.
