Role: Business Banking Support Consultant - Birmingham

Location: 125 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3SD

Pay rate: £12.85 per hour

Contract: 6-month contract with the opportunity of extension and to become a permanent employee.

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, working Monday - Friday (occasional Sat 9-2)

Start times are anytime between 7am to 8pm

(You must be fully flexible and able to work all shifts between these hours)

Opportunity for hybrid working after 5-week training period (work from home & in the office twice per month).

**Job Description**:

- You will be the first point of contact for all business banking related queries.
- Responsible for dealing with a variety of calls (cancelled DD's, request for statements, internet banking queries) and seeing these through to resolution.
- There are teams who they can pass the resolutions too if they are unable to resolve the query, i.e Fraud Team
- Work closely with the business managers who they can transfer the call too (this could be a warm handover which provides the Business Manager with all the info, or a cold handover where the Business Manager will just pick up the call.
- After some time in the role you will be trained up to complete/deal with mandate calls.
- Systems - employees will work from an internal system called Edge, log in to the system and your phone which will show that you are ready to work and calls will come through via a dialing system. Calls will then automatically come through to you. You also have an IVR system which will prompt them to ask security questions if needed.
