Alwayse Ball Unit Solutions are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Account Coordinator to join our company and a vibrant, developing team. The purpose of the role is to look after existing customers and develop new ones to drive the continual growth.

**About Us**:
**DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Record and manage all customer prospects / sales leads and activity updates on the internal systems
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Provide regular reports to management, demonstrating daily, weekly and monthly progress of sales and quotation leads and to support in any ad hoc project as requested
- Respond to and resolve of customer queries or refer to appropriate departments

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL BE**:

- Confident and experienced in B2B & an OEM sales function
- Self-driven and wanting to succeed with drive, enthusiasm and ability to work on own initiative
- Proactive and positive approach to the role, with a resilient attitude and a passion for sales and
- Able to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
- Experience in an Account / Sales type role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel with experience in writing communications
