Office Administrative Assistant

**Duties**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management and staff
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain organized filing systems both physical and computerized
- Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Familiarity and experience of Microsoft word, excel, outlook
- Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
- Administrative skills to support office operations smoothly
- Clerical proficiency for document handling and filing
- Ability to computerize tasks for efficiency
- Typing skills to input data accurately
